What Is Your Service Area?
I am based in Toronto, Canada, and work locally, across the country, and internationally.
What Are Your Rates?
Local Toronto photography commissions begin at $859.
Commercial, architectural, and interior design commissions typically range from $2,500 to $10,000+, depending on project scope, licensing requirements, and production logistics.
Every commission is approached on a bespoke basis and quoted accordingly.
Is There a Deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and initiate pre-production. This ensures your shoot date is reserved and all planning and preparation can begin.
Are You Insured?
Yes. I maintain comprehensive commercial liability and equipment insurance. In addition, all drone operations are covered by dedicated aviation liability insurance, providing full assurance throughout the production process.
Do You Have a Drone License?
Yes. I hold a Transport Canada Advanced Operations RPAS License, supported by formal in-person flight training and more than five years of experience conducting drone operations in dense urban environments.
Who Owns the Photos and Video?
All work remains the intellectual property of Adrian Stiles Photography and is protected under the Canadian Copyright Act.
Usage rights are granted through a licensing agreement tailored to the scope of your project. Multiple licensing tiers are available, and full buyout options can be arranged upon request.
Can I Own the Copyright?
Yes. Full copyright ownership can be licensed if required. This provides complete rights to the commissioned content.
Can I Have the RAW Files?
RAW files are not included in standard deliverables in order to maintain quality control and consistency.
However, RAW file delivery may be arranged for agency clients with in-house editing teams and established brand guidelines.
How Does Licensing Work?
All content is licensed according to intended usage—whether for social media, web, print, or global campaigns. This approach ensures fair and scalable pricing.
Buyout options are available for full exclusivity and unlimited use.
Please note that third-party licensing (e.g., for vendors, collaborators, or press) may be granted by Adrian Stiles Photography without notice. If exclusivity is required, a tailored license can be arranged.
What Is the Turnaround Time?
General commercial work is typically delivered within 2–4 weeks. For architectural projects, final delivery is made within 2 weeks of proof selection.
Need content sooner? Rush delivery is available, subject to scheduling and availability.
What Equipment Do You Use?
I work with professional, industry-leading equipment to ensure exceptional image quality and reliability, including:

Fujifilm GFX 100S II
DJI Mavic 2 Pro & Mini 4 Pro
This setup allows me to deliver ultra-high-resolution stills up to 400MP and video up to 5K, providing maximum flexibility for cropping, multi-platform use, and detail-oriented campaigns.
Do You Edit Your Own Work?
Yes. All photography and most video content are edited in-house to ensure a consistent and refined visual style. For larger-scale productions, I collaborate with a trusted network of high-end editors to meet project requirements without compromising quality.
How Much Notice Is Needed to Book a Shoot?
While last-minute bookings can occasionally be accommodated, I recommend reaching out at least four weeks in advance for large or multi-day projects.
Ongoing and long-term partnerships are always welcome.
