Every space has a story. I’m here to help you tell it.
Hi, I’m Adrian, an architectural and interior photographer and film maker working with architects, designers, developers, hotels, and builders across North America and beyond. Based in Toronto, Canada, I bring a globally-informed perspective to each project, combining technical precision with creative interpretation to capture spaces with depth and clarity.
Great photography goes beyond documentation — it conveys atmosphere, context, and meaning. Whether it’s the understated elegance of a boutique hotel, the clean precision of modern architecture, or the layered character of a heritage restoration, I craft images that resonate and leave a lasting impression.
Every project starts with a conversation. I want to understand your brand identity, the purpose behind your work, and the narrative you want to convey. From the quiet sophistication of a contemporary home to the sleek lines of to the intricate history of a restored heritage site, I strive to grasp your vision before the shoot even begins.
Collaboration is at the heart of my approach. It’s about more than just taking photos — it’s about building a partnership. Before the camera comes out, I take the time to understand your objectives, audience, and vision. I provide guidance when needed and remain adaptable to evolving needs and creative ideas. I combine strategic insight with creative instinct to ensure every image feels purposeful, alive, and finely crafted. It’s about telling your story with the clarity, depth, and nuance it deserves.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography studies from Toronto Metropolitan University, Architectural Photography accreditation from the Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC). I am also a drone pilot with a Transport Canada advanced operations license.
Based in Toronto, available worldwide. If you have a project in mind, I’d love to hear about it. Let’s create something exceptional.
I am also a lens-based artist, movie fanatic, and proud cat dad.
I look forward to hearing from you. Let’s talk. — Adrian

There Are two key approaches for capturing your project: Structured and Fluid
Structured Approach
This approach is ideal for projects requiring a high degree of precision and foresight.
The Structured Approach is tailored for clients who value detailed planning and close collaboration. Before the shoot, we will develop a comprehensive shot list and schedule, with the option to conduct an in-person site scout to pre-visualize each shot and assess lighting and environmental conditions. Often clients will join me on site on the shoot day and collaboratively craft the images together. Each image on the shot list will be accounted for in the final invoice.
Fluid Approach
This approach is well-suited for clients who trust my artistic vision and appreciate a broad selection of images to choose from.
The Fluid Approach is designed for clients who prefer a spontaneous, dynamic process. This method emphasizes flexibility, with minimal pre-planning to allow for adaptive shooting as the shoot day unfolds. We will discuss a general direction beforehand, but I will have the creative freedom to capture images organically during a specified access period, adhering to any agreed conditions. After the shoot, you will receive a set of proof images for review and selection.Only the chosen proof photos for final processing and licensing will be included in the invoice.

All visual assets are owned by the photographer and protected by copyright law.
To ensure proper use, a licensing agreement is required, which can be tailored to suit your specific needs.
-
A license is a conditional agreement that defines how the delivered content can be used, based on terms mutually agreed upon by the client and photographer.
To suit your needs and budget, I offer tiered licensing options. If extended rights are required, licensing terms can be customized—including the option for full ownership if desired.
Please contact for more information on licensing and copyright.

The number of images we can produce in a day depends on various factors, including lighting conditions, project scale, logistical challenges, and the technical approach required.
With the Structured Approach—featuring meticulous staging, off-camera lighting, and other technical considerations—each photo typically takes about an hour to capture, resulting in approximately 8 to 11 images per day.
The Fluid Approach allows for a more spontaneous workflow, producing anywhere from 20 to over 200 images per day, depending on the project's scope and technical requirements.

I am also always open to considering your budget and project scope. On occasion and if the project is right, I even shoot for no charge. Get in touch if you want to learn more!

Split licensing is a cost-effective way for multiple parties to share the rights to use photos, reducing the overall expense for each party. This can be beneficial when different clients or stakeholders are interested in using the same set of images. Here's how it works:
Surcharge: For each additional party added to the license, a 25% surcharge is applied to the final invoice amount.
Invoicing Options:
One final invoice can be sent to the commissioning party (Client A) who can then manage the cost-sharing with other parties as they see fit.
Alternatively, the invoice can be split into equal amounts and billed separately to each party involved.
Sample Cost-Sharing Scenario:
Let's say Client A commissions a photo shoot with a subtotal of $2,000. Clients B and C want to share the license for the photos. Here's how the costs are split:
Client A's SubTotal: $2,000.00
Client B's Split License Cost: $500.00 (25% of Client A's SubTotal)
Client C's Split License Cost: $500.00 (25% of Client A's SubTotal)
Total Cost: $3,000.00
Price Per Party:
Each of the three clients (A, B, and C) will pay $1,000.00.
Savings for Client A:
By splitting the license, Client A only pays $1,000.00, a 50% reduction from their original rate of $2,000.00.
Important Note:
Split licensing arrangements must be made prior to the final billing being completed.
